    I have a 5970 2GB that you can have for a small fee if Rampo and CroCop don't want it.

    It is slightly comparable to a 660

    The 800 series cards coming out will be cheaper I believe. Also, a 760 is only like $220 on sale and packs a mean punch.

    My card is like a slightly shittier 660

    Wait for the initial reviews of the 800 series and see what the benchmarks say of them compared to the ATI R series. It might actually be that the new 800 series low end variants (830/840) can pack some very nice performance. If not there will always be 860s.

    I'm thinking of upgrading from my GeForce GTX 560 to the 760 for 200ish soon, been told that the 760 is much better for gaming

    My friend did the same thing what you are about to do. You wont feel the difference that much. Unless you upgrade to 770.
